I'm not bitter and they did replace, promptly, a broken phone in 2008.
But I recently had my phone stolen from a locked locker, with all police reports and claims forms filled out etc... but they have refused to cover me because 'I'm not covered for an incident where the phone was not on my person unless it was securely locked away and out of sight'.... even though it was, as I said, in a locked locker!
They took over 3 weeks to decide this and are still debiting a monthly fee for a phone I do not have.
I'm going to seek legal advice.
