We were with Lark for 10 years before we bought a thatched home. Year after year they kept demanding of us further and further expensive documentation to be provided for their comfort, and the treatment from staff was abominable.
We never made a claim, paid on time and we treated horrifically. No regardfor the the fact that we were loyal customers, and finally we had enough. I saw the opportunity to share our disappointment with others on this site and took it.
