I had an £800 bike and tools stolen from the garage. All items were over 3 years old and I had no proof of purchase (who would !!). The claim team offered me annnnn entry level bike £99 form Halfords as a replacmeent. What an insult !!
I cancelled the £55 per month policy and went to Direct Line for £34 per month. I don't suppose Barclays give a toss about losing my custom but it made me feel better.
