I wish that I had read other reviews before parting with money. The receive poor ratings because their service, apart from collecting your payment, is honestly atrocious.
I submitted a claim for dental treatment to broken teeth after an accident on a small Greek island. The dentist spoke no English but I managed to get him to write me a bill in Greek complete with his insurance no., telephone no., address, etc.
On my return I sent this to Insure and Go and they said that the bill was not satisfactory and have refused to contact the dentist or help in any way to resolve this.
My last 3 letters to them are unanswered. Is this what YOU want for holiday insurance?
