Aviva do not deal with your claim. They pass your details onto Crawford repairNet who then pass it to Crawford Property in Belfast (not Scotland) who then appoint a contractor.

This leaves you dealing with multiple companies and no one wanting to take ownership of the claim.

Crawford Property appear to be unable to cope with the workload as the fail to return phonecalls.

Bad Points: AVIVA don't deal with your insurance claim they subcontract and show no further interest
