Terrible service. Have been waiting over a week for a very simple and cheap repair on a broken boiler with commonly available parts. In the meantime it is freezing and they have left my family living in one room including a 4 week old baby with no heating or hot water.
Endless calls to Direct Line and Storm Heating (the sub contractor) met with seeming 'what can we do' to calls not returned at all. This happened before and I hoped it was a one off, clearly not.
