Review of Insure and Go Travel Insurance

We could not go on our trip to Rome due to the Volcanic ash, we rang them expecting to be covered and their underwriters are not paying out on any claims.

Thankfully Thomas Cook have repaid the money in full so we don't need them which is excellent, but frankly we took their gold policy and was told it covered everything so we felt safe and secure going on holiday knowing we were covered. Little did we know.

Insurance companies are a farce, they find any reason not to pay out. There should be a governing body like the FSA in financial services that are very stringent in their ploicy to be fair to the customer. Insurance is a farce!
