For me this company was a complete rip off, one of only a few insurance companies not to pay out for issues relating to the Volcanic Ash incident.

  • Rude on the phone and use 0844 high cost phone numbers
  • Emergency number went to answer phone after ringing for 10 minutes
  • Emails were either not replied to or were just cut/past fob off statments

I for one will never go near this company again. The policy was half the price of other companies, I should have read more into that.
