Customer Review Comments:

Although they accepted the medical claim (after a week in hospital in Vietnam) they have not made any settlement or acknowledged my claim for 3 months.

All telephone call and e-mails are ignored. They do however send me customer satisfaction questionnaires!

I am several thousand pounds out of pocket and was left ill in a distant country, in hospital with none of the promised assistance.
