Review of Insure.co.uk Car Insurance

Wish I had never heard of this company. Took out car insurance with them online. They constantly make assumptions, often the opposite to the question you have answered.

They told us our policy was null and void because we hadn't met their assumptions. We sent the policy docs back as asked, they said they hadn't received them then told us we still have to pay for the insurance we are receiving until they can cancel it but if we make a claim they won't pay out because the policy is void, and the finance company will charge us £10 to cancel a policy that never started.

So far they have taken £40 from us for a policy that was missold to us. Terrible customer service.
