I was recently stuck overseas as a result of the Icelandic volcano. Despite numerous attempts to reach Insure and Go by telephone I could not get through to speak with anyone.
When I eventually got home and contacted Insue and Go I was told that they were not covering any claims relating to delays caused by the volcano. Basically it seems like they are very quick to take your money but do not want to know when you try to make a claim. I will never use Insure and Go again and would certainly not recommend them to anyone who needs travel insurance.
