Review of Homeserve Inside and Outside Cover

Called homesrve tonight because raw sewage is flowing down my garden from a manhole cover that is in the garden.

First off they claimed we were not covered (untrue). Got fed up on hold so called again straight away and this time we were covered. Raw sewage in your garden on the hotest days of the year apparently is not an Emergency. Despite me telling them I have a child in the house. Three days I will have to put up with this because of its non-emergency status.

I cant help but wonder if Homeserve senior management think this is a service to be proud of. I have called their complaints department and they will investigate and contact me by phone or post. Brilliant, meanwhile back in the garden sewage still flows and the stench persists.
