I have been with Hasting Direct for a few years and have had to claim through them once.
All has been fine up until this year when they have failed to send through a renewal. I have tried to call customer service twice now, first time I was on hold for 15 minutes. Second time round I was on hold for 20 minutes and now I just can’t get through! What is going on! Are they in financial trou
Despite them being the cheapest I am moving! I have at last got through after an hour on hold and they won't take my call, only call me back when they are less busy. Forget them!
