Good points: So very very glad this insurance was in place at the point my dog was diagnosed with a huge tumour.
Bad points: Was not told and unfortunately did not go through all the small print, as and when the animal reaches a certain age only a percentage of your vet bill will be paid. As my final bill was the whole of the insurance policy £4,000.00 it was quite a sum I had to find myself. I will repeat myself and say I was very glad I had taken out the insurance but was upset, especially on top of the emotional upset to find after 11 years of paying a policy (starting at £15.00 ending at £30.00 per month and excess ending at £130.00 per month) that only a percentage of my bill would be paid!
