Had an accident in Nov. 2009, entirely the other person's fault (I'm with NIG, the other person is with Fortis).
He pulled out of a junction into the side of me. A chimpanzee could see that it is entirely the other guy's fault, but oh no, not NIG. Apparently it's half my fault as I should have seen him (before he was even at the junction!), I've only just found out that they think it's half my fault (this is 7 months LATER!).
I'm going to dispute this all the way until someone educates them that damage to my passenger side and the other guys front drivers side means that he hit me and not the other way around.
