A totally appalling service that remains unresolved after switching to them nearly a month ago.
Great quote, paid online, instant accptance. One problem, no policy received. The Indian call centre is, at best, hopeless. You wait an age, you initially feel content that action is being taken to resolve but by the fourteenth call (in between of which you have been cut off 4 times) you lose all confidence in the company. Each phone call takes between 5 and 15 minutes to answer. Every 'Manager'( thats a joke as well) that answers gives you the run around and says things they know you want to hear; all the assurances etc etc.
nfortunately nothing gets done and promised phone calls are not returned and paperwork fails to arrive.
