Any damage to the phone HAS to be claimed within 48 hours otherwise your policy is void.
I had damage to my phone which seemed only superficial to begin with and slowly deteriated. I called them up informing them of the damage and they said because the damage had been done two weeks prior they couldn't do anything. This company is an absolute joke.
