Review of Admiral Car Insurance

Customer Review Comments:
Absolute rubbish - good price until you need to actually claim.

I paid for the 21 day hire car to be added to my policy, and when I needed it when my car was written off I thought great, I have three weeks to get a new vehicle. Oh no, the policy only lasts until Admiral post your settlement cheque. Not the 21 days they sell it to you on, not when you recieve or bank the cheque - when they post it. So the Hire Car add on is absolutely useless.

Good Points: Price
Bad Points: Add-ons for the policy are pointless and just a way to get extra money out of you

Absolutely useless. Sent me three different schedules with different start times for the same day! Cancelled the policy but the (extortionate) renewal amount has been debited from my account.
