I would never use this company again nor recommend them. I have used several other pet insurers including supermarket chains and they were a dream compared to this company.
They send a claim form, you fill it out and send it back. If you are lucky, it may be processed within a couple of months. They will then send a notice to say what they intend to reimburse you (according to the terms of your policy) and then you have to sign and return an acceptance slip. You then wait another 8 weeks plus and you just might be lucky enough to receive a cheque. It is only once they issue the cheque that they will consider your next continuation claim.
E and L pet insurance are very good at taking your money every month but if you want to make a claim, buy the time you hve phoned a premium number to chase it up every week, it really becomes stressful.
I have been told that since August they are short staffed and this is the reason BUT 8 months on NOTHING has changed. My cat died last week and I still have 3 claims outstanding with no end in sight. I would say you usually get what you pay for.
