Terrible service. They have not repaired boiler after 3 weeks and 3 engineers visits. Now saying part not covered by policy so left with no hot water/heating and two young children and having to find someone ourselves to fix this.
The reason we took out the policy was to avoid this sort of siutation. Policy does not cover what it appears to. Direct Line have not been honest with us. They say the engineer found sludge when he drained the boiler - and he did not even drain the boiler or look for this. Very angry.
