Customer Review Comments:

Not happy with the price increase this year. My premium nearly doubled despite moving up to 4 years no claims bonus. When I contacted Carole Nash to ask for an explanation, they just shrugged it off and said that the price was about right.

I went elsewhere and got the same cover, amazingly from the same underwriter at a realistic price.

Good Points: Got my renewal with time to shop around
Bad Points: Price nearly doubled year on year

Sold my bike 7 weeks after renewal (been with company 6-7 years, no claims) and cancelled insurance. They quote 62.5 per cent refund in their book, but only received 22.5 per cent. The other 40 per cent deducted for various fees. Daylight robbery or corporate greed, what u think?
