I have T-Mobile phone insurance for my HTC desire phone. I got this insurance before I had read any reviews, and after seeing the bad reviews on every site I looked on, I was regretting my decision. Last week however, I broke my phone and I couldn't have been happier with the service I received from them.
I dropped the phone on Sunday 22nd August and shattered the screen, I rang the insurance customer service on Monday 23rd August to report it and received the envelope to send my phone in the next day. I sent this off on Wednesday 25th August (postage for this was paid for by the insurance company) and was suprised when on Wednesday 1st September I received my phone back all fixed and fully working.
Bearing in mind there was a bank holiday weekend in between me sending it to them and me receiving it back from them I am very impressed. This meant that I was only without a phone for a week. Each time I have spoken to their customer services department I have found them helpful and friendly. I was planning on cancelling my contract with them after the minimum of 3 months was up, but having had such a good experience I am now reconsidering. I would definitely recommend this insurance to a friend.
