I have been insured with Pet Plan Insurance for over 10 years, but their current level of service leaves much to be desired.
I submitted a claim for just over £400 to them 8 weeks ago. After a 4 week delay, I received a letter stating the claim was being processed, and 4 weeks later still no payment. Attempts to contact them by telephone fail since all their representatives are engaged every time you ring. They are happy enough to take your premiums, but if you expect a prompt payment look elsewhere.
