After cancellation their declared scale of premium refunded is not based on common sense.
As soon as the legal 14 day cancellation period has lapsed they keep 15% of the premium. If you cancel after 120 days 50% of the premium has to be paid as well as a cancellation fee.
They also do not send you this informtion when you take out the policy. You have to go on to their web site and download a pdf file and scroll through that.
