Fonesafe are quick to take payment of your excess but don't provide any paperwork in the form of receipts, etc. Apparently thats my fault for not asking for one.
They didn't send back the same phone we replaced which caused no end of trouble with T-Mobile when we cancelled the contract and sent it back. They also didn't send the correct paperwork with the phone and I have spent days chasing for it as T-Mobile have requested it.
I've been waiting for 7 days for a Manager to call me regarding these problems and nothing.....I even spoke with them yesterday and was told someone would call me this morning. Still waiting.
Will never consider using them again.
