Sarah's comment is rubbish. t-Mobile sell the insurance and issue a leaflet saying "Relax you're covered".(only you find you are not). Comments such as Sarah's are probably planted by fone safe.

Fonesafe and Tmobile are completely different policies - i see nothing wrong with informing your insurer of a change of product like i would with any insurance.

Disgusting and immoral. Water Damage - Not reported within 24 hours. Declined on this "very unfair" basis. The phone went off to repair centre. What more do they want. Student mother and working. No time. Now penalised. Very dissapointed
