Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. The website doesn't work unless you're a new customer, once they've got your money its back to the phones. Then of course there's the usual holding for hours with the message helpfully telling you that you may be able to get the help you require online! Brilliant.
I had to put in a non-fault claim and found them to be the most unhelpful, rude and incompetent bunch of idiots ever. No-one ever returns your call - no matter how many times you call them and it is impossible to get put through to anyone other than the call monkey sat in the call centre who really couldn't give a damn.
I would happily say to anyone that they must be absolutely mad to even consider going with Swiftcover, and in fact I'm sure its only because of their inclusion on so many price comparison websites that they're picking up any business at all.
