Equity Red Star may be cheap but when I tried to make a claim they were useless. They didn't back me at all and basically called me a liar.
When I did get through to them I got different answers depending on who I spoke to. They didnt give me anything like what the car was worth and when they did it took ages to come through.
Wouldnt touch them with a stick, luckily my broker took my case up, this hurried things along. Without them I think I would still be waiting for a settlement.
