I lost my phone, and tried to contact fonesafe to make a claim. I was passed around four departments before reaching claims, despite the number on the letter being for the claims dept.
I was dealt with by a young lady who was answering the phone to inform me that I couldn't be dealt with and they would ring me back. I am still waiting for that call......
