E and L are terrible insurers for dealing with administration, lack of response to complaints and VERY slow in paying out on claims (my vet refused to deal direct with them)!!!!!
Would not recommend to anyone.

E and L are terrible to deal with, they will use any excuse not to pay, their claims take too long and my vet won't deal with them. If you ring your claim is always with the adjudicator, nobody knows how long it will take and you are given a name to write and complain. Comment by Tracy
