Review of Swift Cover Motor Insurance Policy

I had an idiot drive into the back of me and from the moment I spoke to Swift Cover  the service was outstanding.

Considering they do not have any call centres they answered my call very quickly and I was dealt with by a very helpful person who explained everything in simple terms then emailed me everything as well. I was even surprised when I got text messages with updates from the garage carrying out the repairs (this can get very annoying, however).

The only issue I had was that the idiot’s insurance company (Norwich Union) would not say he was to blame so had to pay my excess, no surprise as I was insured with Norwich Union before and it took months to get a letter proving that I was accident free. The good news the guys from Swift Cover got it back for me within two weeks of me getting my car back.

As a call centre worker I just feel dirty dealing with Swiftcover as they call me a chicken but were the cheapest – but having dealt with them after my accident I have been impressed with a commendable job by knowledgeable and helpful people.
