I had AA breakdown insurance included with my Fiat which was bought from new. The car didn't breakdown but I locked the keys inside on a Sunday afternoon in a deserted car park and had no one else to help me.

I rang the AA who checked my membership and said a patrol would be with me in 30 minutes. Infact the AA man arrived in just 20 minutes and got me into my car in about half an hour.


Good Points: Easy to contact even on a Sunday, quick response, effective
