Customer Review Comments:

Useless company - customer service is a joke. When I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor I was told they've all gone home or were all in a meeting! Said they would get manager to call back - but it may take 24 hours!!

Waited 3 weeks for a bag to send damaged mobile back to them - and still not resolved.
They reckon they've sent 2 return bags by special delivery. When I asked for the tracking numbers they couldn't give them to me - wonder why.
