What reason did they give for not paying out Steve ?

Date: 19/10/2008 I agree, the level of service they give is appauling. They would not pay up after 10 years of paying my monthly premium and never claiming when my wife had a operation, and we tried to claim on our policy for sickness and illness cover. I will never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone.

Date: 17/5/2008 At the end of the day it is only a garden wall that was damaged and not your house so 2 days to sort it out is not too bad. Anyway shouldn't the claim have been against the motor insurance of the person who crashed into your garden? Paymentshield shouldn't have paid out at all in my opinion.
