Central heating care is to be avoided. Engineers do not turn up when arranged and don't keep you informed about revised arrangements - you have to chase them.
Engineers are not properly equipped - even their own engineers say that. Complaints department do not respond to emails although they say they will within 10 days.
Work carried out is of questionable quality. It has been a terrible experience after changing from British Gas.
