While i was on holiday, my house was burgled, The phone was in a safe, which was stolen. I did not find out until i got back, ten days later. I phoned T Mobile to have it stopped & barred, and as T mobile & Fonesafe are one and the same company, I thought i did not need to phone Fonesafe as well within the two days. I phoned them five days later, to see when my new phone was coming and i was informed that i was not covered and i also had to pay for a replacement sim. I have two phones with T-Mobile and i pay £120.00 per month plus £11.00 insurance per month, i count myself as a good customer, who pays her bills on time.
I was extremeley upset when i got home from holiday, as my son and daughter-in-law and new baby, were in the house at the time. We had televisions, X box, Games, Jewelery etc stolen. So the last thing on my mind was phoning Fonesafe. Silly me, no longer a customer.
