I am afraid this company has demonstrated a total lack of customer service, their communication is poor, they have lost documents and they have taken money from my bank account after being specifically instructed not to.
You will find it very difficult to get past their first line of call centre operatives and when you do will gain little satisfation. I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone.
