Quinn Direct offer a 24 hour call back service and a 3 day turnaround to reply to letters. I made 52 calls to the head office claims department and every time I asked for a person they were never in the office or at a meeting - and they never call back. They tell you "I will get a manager to call you back", but this never happens.
I would also like to point out that their staff are far from polite and helpful. I waited 10 weeks to be given an accident report form and was told I should have been given this within 5 days. The engineer they sent out to do a check on my van issued an incompetant report. He could not tell the difference between the blue plastic clips that hold on my side panel and blue paint. He actualy stated in his report that as there was blue paint on the side of my van I must have been involved in a preivious accident! Total incompetance. Also, the garage they recommended never even sent an estimate.
They are also breaking the data protection act by not sending information I have requested. Altogether a very badly run claims department.
