I was reversing into my drive from the street and a passing car tried to drive around me. Unfortunatetly, there was a collision and slight damage caused to both vehicles.
I contacted the claims department at Direct Line the next morning who took full details and investigated the claim to establish liability. At all stages I found the claims department polite, efficient, sympathetic and felt like someone was on my side.
The whole claims process was very efficient and took about three weeks from start to finish. All in all I was very satisfied with Direct Line's service and would buy car insurance from them again.
