Appalling service - we have a so called comprehensive policy (bundle 1) for all eventualities - but after 10 days, numerous calls to chase up, broken promises for call outs to repair, several mis-diagnoses of the problem (n-power, one of the contractors they used, were particularly poor), we are still without heating.
Apparently we are not covered from where the gas supply enters the house up to the boiler (and we are talking about a worcester boiler only 5 years old) - if it leaked, we would be covered, but because it is a lack of pressure (transco our gas supplier have inspected and have refuted this) we are allegedly not covered.
Have given up - have contacted our original gas fitter and will continue to do so for any other problems and will cancel this inept, unreliable and deeply disappointing service.
