This company are not performing anything like they advertise. They never contact us. If we have our work done when they say (and I'm not holding my breath) it will have been 3 weeks without heat or hot water.
I have a sick child, and we have had a very cold spell. The person who did the diagnostic said they would not need to take the boiler off the wall to fix. The person on the phone said they would have to and thus the delay as they need 2 engineers. Does the person on the phone know better than the diagnostic engineer? Isn't that the point of the diagnosis in the first place?
Also we are supposed to get £30 towards heating if the parts take longer than 72 hours - and the person on the phone I asked about this claimed never to have heard of this proviso. I cannot emphasize enough how awful the service is from this company. Is anyone who can do something actually reading these messages?
