I am very disappointed with their new policy. My premiums have gone up by 50% in two years, the excess has also increased, and changes this year mean that there are cut backs on what is on offer. M & S started great, but unfortunately, hasn't maintained it.
What is even more worrying, is that some people may now find it difficult to change to a new insurer and get comprehensive cover, if their pets have had any health problems whilst with M & S. I would have expected better from this company!
