I have never had so many problems across so many areas as with this company's Car Insurance.
I will never use Tesco again and they are not that cheap - customer service is as bad as I have ever experienced.

I have to agree. They send a string of letters, about one every week, but their carrier that takes 7 days. So by the time you receive a letter, they have already written a new one, making the communication very difficult. They completely ignored my letters, and the phone service is useless. Even the post code is wrong (does not validate). In conclusion: quite incompetent. Comment by Thomas
