Really poor service in all. Policy updates often took weeks (in which time I had no idea if £2000 worth of kit was insured). Bad day came and I had to make a claim. Service turned from poor to terrible, time is money and I think I would have been better off just buying the piece of kit again instead of constantly e-mailing, calling (most of the time not getting through) and sending letters.
Avoid!
