Review of Fonesafe Mobile Cover

Fonesafe - The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with, apart from being arrogant and speaking over me rather than listening, they didnt know what they were doing. One minute they would say one thing and different the next.

I spoke on 5 occassions to 3 different ladies who I think are the most ignorant people I have ever dealt with. After I appealed and threatened to take them to small claims court and go public I did get a new handset, although I had to pay the £25 excess which I would have expected to be waived giving the cost of the phone calls I had made to them.  But hey, £25 is less than a new phone, the guy I spoke to on this occassion was a little better than the previous ladies, yet I think this was due to the fact I was giving the company money.

Yes I will stay with Tmobile as a Network provider as they were fantastic during my whole experiance of having no mobile. I will not stay with Fonesafe and I don't reccommend you do either!
