Hi Sean, I had exactly the same problem with Insureyourmotor - they took money off me 3 weeks ago, didnt issue cover & I'm still waiting for a refund! I have to ring back Financial Services Ombudsman to discuss further action.

I used this site a couple of weeks ago, and was phoned by a company called insureyourmotor.com. We agreed terms & I made payment over the phone. I didnt receive any receipt or policy & now I cant seem to get hold of the relevant dept. Obviously I got insurance elsewhere, but im now out of pocket.
