There were no good points I'm afraid.
Operators actually LIED, i.e. telling me a cheque had been sent for a refund when one had not, when I called to query where the cheque was a different operator LIED again, stating they had checked and confirmed it was on its' way - a week later when I called to say I was concerned it had still not arrived they said there was no way a cheque would be sent as it was not in their policy. A few months later, upon cancelling the policy as I had sold the car, I was told that a cheque would be sent for a refund, and well, you can guess, a couple of weeks later I called to see where this cheque was and surprise of all surprises, there was 'nothing' to come, but if I kept up the monthly payments (why would I when I no longer had the car?) then these monthly amounts would be reduced to give me the refund.
Every operator I dealt with gave me a different story, and some of them told outright lies. One of the operators kept repeating the same thing over and over again as if that would make a difference. He clearly did not understand how to deal with any query that was 'out of the ordinary' or "off his script".
I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to go to More Than for car insurance, and because of my experience with their car insurance, I would never go to them for any other kind of insurance either.
