Bennetts renewed our policy without checking that we wanted it renewed, re-instated a direct debit that we had cancelled and took the money.
Our own bank gave us back the money but now they want a £30 cancellation charge and a huge premium for 3 weeks worth of insurance.
We have already been threatened with debt recovery, might have to take them to court, don't want to pay!. Have written to watch dog and hope they will help!
