Review of eBike Motorcycle Insurance

Cheap and cheerful until you want your bike repaired at your nominated repairer.

My bike was taken to what my insurance company called their approved repair centre which turned out to be a place called "Just Bike Clinic" (a car repairer dabbling with motorcycles).

The bike was returned to me with the rear sub frame still bent from the crash, they didn’t even notice it so I requested that my bike go to one of my chosen repairers to have the bike put right, then all the niceties went, it was a nightmare, I was past from pillar to post.

I was virtually met with a wall of silence - I sent letters none were answered, phone calls not returned just because I wanted my bike put right properly.
