I used the guys at Insure and Go last year for a trip to nepal. So I took out their best cover called platinum or black I seem to remember.
Had to go to doctors out there, with associated costs, there claim process was a nightmare and they made it so difficult that I gave up the claim in the end.
They are cheap but, in my experience, totally useless.
